Matt Britton
Matt Britton is the CEO of Suzy and widely known as one of America’s leading expert on the millennial generation having consulted for over half of the Fortune 500 over the past two decades. Matt's unique ability to connect the dots between the new consumer culture of today and the business trends of tomorrow is what separates him and offers unique value for his clients. Matt's best-selling book titled YouthNation, which debuted at #1 on Amazon's business book list has created the modern day roadmap for corporations large and small alike to approach a generation with power and influence unlike any other emerging demographic in history.
In 2002 Matt founded MRY, a digital and social media marketing services agency, which he would grow from a one-person startup to a global powerhouse with over 500 employees. Over the course of Matt’s 14-year career at MRY, the agency he founded helped prominent Global corporations including develop innovative strategies and successfully launch products aimed at the Millennial Generation. In 2011, MRY was acquired by the Publicis Groupe.
In 2016, Matt joined CrowdTap as CEO, a company he incubated and spun-off from MRY in 2011. In 2017 Crowdtap was renamed as Suzy, a consumer intelligence platform by bringing the voice of real consumers directly to brands at scale and at the speed of culture.


Katie Gross
A long-time MRX veteran, Katie Gross knows the importance of bringing your consumer into every business decision. Her deep understanding of the full market research value chain stems from 18 years of international experience across every facet of the industry — working with insights agencies Mintel and Stylus to individual brands at Avilton Foods, and even within the world of programmatic survey sampling at Cint and Toluna. Now in her role as Chief Customer Officer, she manages the Sales, CS, and Market Research Center of Excellence teams to provide best-in-class customer service for Suzy’s impressive roster of enterprise clients. Outside of work, Katie tirelessly advocates for women in the workplace, with an added focus on fostering financial independence. She counts herself a member of Women In Research’s WIRexec program, all-female leadership network Chief, and the Financial Gym. She can be found kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding on the lakes of Northern New Jersey.


Bryan Silverman
Bryan applies his entrepreneurial expertise to spur growth at Suzy, serving as the Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity, his responsibilities include enhancing Suzy's efficiency and effectiveness through strategic long-term planning, overseeing daily operations, and fostering a culture that values insights and data. He manages key areas such as Revenue Operations, Audience Development, and New Business.
Before becoming COO, Bryan's career at Suzy included positions as EVP of Strategy & Operations, SVP of Audience Development, Chief of Staff to the CEO, and Enterprise Account Executive. His entrepreneurial journey began before joining Suzy, with the establishment and management of his own ventures, Star Toilet Paper and InStall Media. This experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of building and managing a business from scratch. Outside of work, Bryan dedicates his time to mentoring young entrepreneurs, cheering for the New York Yankees, and enjoying runs through Central Park.


Grady Leno
Grady brings over 25+ years of experience, most recently serving as Chief Product & Technology Officer at Sendoso, where he led initiatives in product management, engineering, and scaling platforms to meet the evolving needs of businesses and consumers. His expertise in creating innovative solutions and his deep understanding of customer needs will be pivotal as Suzy continues to enhance its real-time insights tools and expand its market presence.
As Chief Product & Technology Officer at Suzy, Grady oversees Suzy’s product strategy, software engineering, and innovation efforts, ensuring the company continues to deliver cutting-edge solutions that empower brands to make data-driven decisions with confidence. Grady holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and has previously held key technical positions at goPuff, WorkMarket, and Microsoft, where he was responsible for consumer experience, product management, engineering, and mergers & acquisitions. His leadership and strategic vision is instrumental in advancing Suzy’s mission of providing real-time insights that drive business growth.


Anthony Onesto
Anthony Onesto is a leading expert on culture, human resources, and talent. Anthony joined the Suzy™ Team to help scale and drive its mission and vision around culture, talent, and human resources. Anthony brings a unique approach to Human Resources, using design-thinking principles to build a human-centered organization.
Most recently, Onesto worked as the General Manager for U.S. operations of a global innovation, media and education company called Konrad Group. Prior, Anthony spent time leading the U.S. strategy and operations for SmartUp, a SaaS learning and development startup. He has years of experience in scaling and building culture, human resources, and talent for fast growth technology and innovation companies, including Solidstreaming, Fresh Direct, Zeta Interactive, Big Fuel, and Razorfish.
In 2015 he founded Ella Adventures, a company that produces a comic book and cartoon series called Ella the Engineer. The purpose of the comic is to encourage young girls to pursue interests in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) and Entrepreneurship. He most recently launched The Ella Project, where awesome women in tech are interviewed and profiled. In 2017, he also co-founded an artificially intelligent-powered HR agent called KAE.ai, which is in beta launch. Anthony is the host of New Yawk HR, a podcast show with a contrarian view of Human Resources and Recruiting.
Anthony is a certified consultant in ExO (Exponential Organizations), which is part of Singularity University. He is also a board advisor to well-funded and high growth tech startups like Namely, Rolepoint, Talentrackr, and Makerspace.NYC, who have collectively raised over 100m in venture capital. He is currently writing a book focused on advising companies on how to prepare for GenZ entering the workforce.


Will Mansfield
As Chief Technology Officer, Will Mansfield spends most of his time “behind the curtain” as the Suzy platform’s technical lead and chief architect. A former consultant and contract engineer with almost two decades of experience, his widely diverse skill set helps him to successfully manage remote developer from all over the world, covering Native, Mobile, and Back-End technologies.
Before his current role at Suzy, Will Mansfield spent the previous 15 years working as a technical lead across multiple projects. He is the founder and architect for Social Haven, a white-label social engagement platform, and also served as Principal Technical Architect on RepNation, a brand advocacy management suite within Publicis. In his spare time he teaches coding classes to junior engineers at Suzy, assists local students at the UNCW Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and co-mentors young business owners in his home of Wilmington, NC.


Melissa Dunn
Melissa Dunn is a passionate marketer who brings nearly 20 years of experience building brands and driving ROI for Clients. She believes that the consumer is at the core of everything and she uses a data-driven approach to connect with audiences across messaging, content and media channels.
Most recently Melissa was the VP, Customer Engagement and Marketing at an AI, SaaS startup called Plutoshift where she led 10+ customers. Prior to that, she worked at digital first agencies where she led full funnel campaigns driving both awareness and acquisition goals. At iCrossing, a performance marketing agency, she helped Clients use data and analytics to drive results through media (SEM, Social, Display/Programmatic, etc.), creative campaigns and test-and-learn strategies. She has also built many websites. Her work helped DirecTV NOW achieve 1MM subscribers in its first year and the NBA increased subscriptions by 30% YoY for International League Pass.
She began her career at large agencies including BBDO, McCann Erickson and mcgarrybowen where she led Clients such as JP Morgan Chase, Gillette/P&G and Verizon Wireless. Melissa developed fully integrated campaigns that included traditional and digital channels and was responsible for leading multi-agency relationships. Melissa's work on Verizon Wireless Sponsorships was honored by Digiday for Most Innovative Use of New Social Platforms & Best Twitter campaign.

Katy Emerson
Katy Emerson brings over 15 years of experience in sales, client services and account management in her role as Suzy’s EVP of Customer Success—with brands ranging from MARS and PepsiCo to Mintel and Capital One. Katy helps drive our success through her deep knowledge and expertise in customer insights, integrated marketing, digital media, marketing strategy, and digital marketing.
Throughout her career as an executive sales director, Katy has helped expand entire portfolios, generated millions in revenue, and won market shares for brands across a wide variety of industry verticals—including CPG, beauty, personal care and more.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Management from the University of Iowa and a first-rate track record as an executive sales director, Katy is more than up to our task of enabling human understanding for our client enterprises.

Kristen Lyons
Kristen Lyons is a passionate, customer-first sales leader who thrives on solving problems, building lasting relationships, and driving real impact. With over fifteen years of experience in market research, SaaS, and AdTech/MarTech, she has a deep understanding of how data, technology, and insights come together to create smarter marketing and business decisions.
As EVP of the Enterprise Team at Suzy, Kristen is focused on scaling the business, helping brands connect with consumers in more meaningful ways. She’s always looking for creative ways to drive growth—whether through strategic partnerships, smarter sales processes, or building solutions that truly address customer pain points.
Her career journey includes leadership roles at Syndigo and Signal, where she helped brands navigate the evolving identity and data landscape. But her foundation in understanding consumer behavior was built at Mintel and Numerator, where she spent years helping companies harness market research and competitive intelligence to stay ahead. That background gives her a unique perspective on how insights fuel better marketing, product innovation, and brand strategy.
Kristen’s approach is simple: listen first, collaborate deeply, and always focus on delivering value. She believes in building strong teams, creating efficient sales strategies, and helping businesses make smarter, more informed decisions.
Outside of work, she’s always up for a good conversation about the latest trends in MarTech, a new challenge to tackle, or simply a great cup of coffee.


Joel Johnson
Joel brings over a decade of experience leading corporate finance functions to his role as the head of Suzy’s finance and accounting team.
Over five years with Suzy, Joel has overseen the development of robust FP&A and GAAP accounting capabilities while spearheading Series B, C, and D fundraising efforts and establishing strong relationships with investors and creditors.
Prior to joining Suzy in 2016 Joel held various finance positions at publicly listed companies Danaher and Owens Corning, as well as in the league office of the National Basketball Association. Joel holds a CPA license in Massachusetts and an MBA from Bentley University.
Joel escaped the harsh climate of New York in 2017 and now lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife, two boys, and dog.


Harrison Silverstein
As Chief of Staff at Suzy, Harrison plays a pivotal role in steering the company through strategic initiatives and operational enhancements that align with its ambitious growth objectives. Drawing upon an understanding of business operations from an academic journey at Indiana University and enriched by his time at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Harrison focuses on optimizing decision-making processes, facilitating strategic alignment within the executive team, and leading projects that propel Suzy forward in the competitive market research industry.
Harrison is instrumental in driving executive-level introductions and securing strategic agreements, leveraging an extensive network to advance Suzy's business objectives. Additionally, his role as Executive Producer of the Speed of Culture Podcast allows him to merge insightful market analysis with evolving cultural trends, further establishing Suzy as a thought leader in the field.


William Cimarosa
Will leads the market research practice within the Suzy Center of Excellence. He’s focused on developing data-driven insights that drive brand growth for clients.
Will’s previous experience includes global insight and strategy positions within CPG and pharmaceutical companies such as Mead Johnson Nutrition and GlaxoSmithKline. In these roles, he developed a passion for behavioral models, innovation, and communication strategy. Will is an avid kayaker and traveler who currently resides in Jersey City, New Jersey.


Harry Chiu
Harry brings over a decade of experience leading operational and strategic functions across high-growth startups to his role as SVP of Strategy & Operations at Suzy.
Since joining Suzy, Harry has built and scaled the company’s first Revenue Operations function, driven transformational initiatives across Suzy’s commercial and service teams, and led company-wide strategic planning and operational processes.
Prior to Suzy, Harry led corporate and revenue operations at other startups and held management consulting roles, focusing on advising companies on operational scale and efficiency.
Harry holds a B.S. in Finance & Accounting from NYU’s Stern School of Business. A born and bred New Yorker, he now calls Brooklyn home, where he enjoys exploring the city's ever-evolving food scene and taking on home improvement projects—some more successfully than others.


Rachel Harris
Rachel brings a decade of legal experience spanning both BigLaw and in-house work to her role as General Counsel at Suzy and leader of its AI governance, privacy, and product counseling functions. With experience in genAI, commercial transactions, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and complex litigation (including supervised and unsupervised AI/ML e-discovery), Rachel has successfully navigated the complexities of these areas across a variety of industries, including SaaS, ResTech, pharma, finance, and consumer products. In addition to her legal experience, Rachel is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and currently serves on the International Association of Privacy Professional’s advisory board.

Lisa Baker
Lisa brings over 15 years of experience in insights and consulting, working with some of the world’s most dynamic and high-growth brands. Her career has been shaped by a deep passion for understanding consumer behavior and helping businesses make smarter, consumer-led decisions.
Her journey spans a variety of impactful roles, from leading client service teams at Forrester—where she helped drive the fastest-growing product in 2010—to spearheading primary research at The TJX Companies, including the rebranding of Sierra post-acquisition. As CPG Portfolio Consulting Lead at C Space, she championed the integration of behavioral science into qualitative research, shaping stronger consumer engagement strategies.
Prior to joining Suzy, Lisa made a purposeful leap to Oxygen, a Native American & woman-owned consultancy, where she worked closely with the CEO to enhance delivery practices across consulting and creative service lines. Now, at Suzy, she’s back to her core mission: ensuring the voice of the consumer drives business decisions while helping her clients succeed in their careers.
Lisa is known for building high-performing, engaged teams that thrive on collaboration and impact. A dedicated mentor and leader, she brings a keen sense of what’s possible, inspiring both her team and clients to achieve more.
She holds a degree in Sociology and Human Development from Colby College in Maine and now calls the Chicago suburbs home, where she enjoys life with her husband and son.


Jesse Forman
As VP of Enterprise Sales at Suzy, Jesse spends a majority of his time working with our external customers to understand their challenges and help solve them. He proudly serves as Suzy's 2nd longest tenured employee who has been with us since the beginning. Starting as an intern back in 2014, Jesse has moved through a series of roles in our sales team that's allowed him to master a diverse set of skills and succeed. He strongly believes that putting consumers at the center of decision making can help teams build better products, go to market with more success, and meet unmet needs of the consumer.
Jesse first became interested in sales as an underclassman at Duke University where he started a food delivery business which delivered orders to students across campus from an on-campus eatery (before the UberEats and DoorDash days). Building a business from the ground up allowed him to understand the dynamics of sales, specifically how identify and solve a problem, how to sell an idea to both the University and his fellow students, and how to solve complex problems that appeared along the way.
Outside of work, you can find Jesse spending time with his newborn son, playing Volleyball, and Djing at weddings throughout the Tri-state area.


Brit Hudgins
For the past 6 years in both the Fashion, Event, and Ed-Tech worlds, Brit Hudgins has been driven by her passion to grow Customer Support teams in a way that focuses on their experiences, and utilizes the knowledge, creativity, and excitement of every team member to create the best customer journey possible. Customer Support departments are the lifeline from your company to its customers. Brit has spent her career pushing the importance of support investment in companies, not only for the customers but as a way to drive growth and revenue.Brit has also put much of her time in her career on Diversity and Inclusion initiatives focused around hiring processes and growth and development of women of color.
Brit graduated from the University of North Florida where she studied Film and English.


Laura Hansen
With more than 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, Laura has built and led hiring functions for start-ups and growth-stage tech and media companies, including some of the world’s most recognized brands. Specializing in scaling organizations, Laura has a track record of strategically developing and executing hiring frameworks that drive business growth, innovation, and long-term success.
A seasoned leader in both global and domestic talent acquisition, she has managed recruitment teams across multiple regions, ensuring companies attract and retain top-tier talent in competitive markets.
Beyond talent acquisition, Laura brings a unique perspective to leadership and communication as a practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Ericksonian Hypnosis. This background enhances her ability to build strong relationships and influence outcomes.
Laura is SPHR Certified, and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, holding a degree in French and International Relations.


Andrew Kropf
Andrew has an amazing understanding of technology with a rare insight into the fundamentals of how things work which he has amassed over the past 13 years in the industry. This insight provides him with outstanding troubleshooting and design skills when dealing with even the most complex environments and technologies. Despite his technological obsession, he is able to concisely and readily explain even the most difficult concepts to all of his clients. When he’s not tinkering with something you’ll probably find him training for a triathlon or spinning.


Dave Aronson
As Suzy’s VP of Net New Sales, Dave’s primary focus is to drive sales across dozens of industries. He manages a team of experienced Account Executives providing strategic guidance and support throughout all stages of the sales cycle.
Dave’s first role as a Research Analyst 20+ years ago laid the foundation for his entire Market Research career. He was able to translate the technical skills learned from conducting complex research methodologies while at BBDO and Mediacom to both Client Success and Business Development roles at The NPD Group, L2 Inc, and 1010data.
When Dave’s not working closely with his team to bring in new logos at Suzy, you can find him traveling with his family (most preferably to the Caribbean) or as a personal uber driver for his two teenage daughters. One day he hopes to chase tornadoes…

Carly Lieberman
A passionate brand strategist, Carly Skinder has spent her career translating deep consumer insights into tangible business results. She's crafted new positioning, inspired award-winning ad campaigns, and fueled innovation pipelines to deliver commercial success. After several years of leading integrated marketing efforts for health & wellness brands at Grey, a global advertising agency, Carly pivoted to Enterprise SaaS, where she continues to champion the voice of the consumer.
Since joining Suzy, an agile consumer intelligence platform, Carly has expanded her partnerships with Fortune 500 brands and venture-backed startups across a diverse portfolio of Food & Beverage, CPG, pharmaceutical, and beauty nurturing & growing some of Suzy’s biggest partnerships. Now, as VP of Enterprise Growth, she’s leading an ambitious team of Customer Success Managers who are equally as client obsessed as she and committed to maximizing business outcomes for our customers through an intimate understanding of their business and a systematic integration of research tools that will elevate their game.
Carly’s a mix of grit, hustle and compassion, having grown up in New Jersey before excelling at the University of Michigan. A six-continent globetrotter, Carly thrives on adventure, connection, and culture.

Lauren Lanzi is a VP of Customer Success at Suzy, leading a team of CSMs responsible for growth across the Enterprise. Lauren has over 25 years of experience in the market research industry, with a strong background in consumer attitudinal behavior, media insights, multicultural research and customer segmentation. She is a mom of five, an avid runner and has completed the NYC marathon three times!

Phil Winkelman
As Suzy’s VP of Enterprise Customer Success, Phil oversees a team dedicated to the strategy and success of some of Suzy’s most valuable and prestigious clients spanning multiple industries including CPG, Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Retail. Prior to joining Suzy, Phil spent 13 years at Mintel where he developed a love for market research through roles in sales and account management leadership. A fervent champion of bringing actionable insights to life, Phil works to ensure positive business impact through quick, high-quality iterative consumer research and industry thought leadership.

Laima Widmer
Laima Widmer has over 25 years of experience in consumer insights across corporate, agency, and non-profit marketing. Prior to joining Suzy, she spent 13 years at Kantar, beginning in the quantitative division at Millward Brown, where she specialized in communications assessment and brand equity tracking for global clients such as Unilever and GSK. She later transitioned to Kantar Qual, leading the Qual-Quant practice, overseeing a team of Quant Leads, managing a portfolio of client relationships, and driving revenue targets for the division. Her earlier experience includes roles at Citigroup and MasterCard.
Suzy was the clear choice for Laima due to its people, culture, and vision for the future of the industry. Believing strongly in Suzy’s mission and its role in shaping the future of marketing research, she was particularly drawn in by the energy, passion, and commitment of the team she met during the very first interview.


Tracie Dempsey
Tracie has enjoyed building successful strategic partnerships in her many client-facing roles for the past 20+ years. She's had the privilege of working with some the most prestigious brands across many industries, including advertising agencies, national media companies, global food and drink companies, and the top financial services companies in the U.S.
Tracie's role at Suzy is to ensure that our most precious asset, our customers, have an unparalleled experience and choose to partner and grow with Suzy for many years to come. She leads a team of seasoned Client Success Managers who each share her passion for client service.
Prior to joining Suzy, Tracie spent 15 years in sales and client success leadership at Mintel, where she found her love of market research. During her time there, she helped the Mintel America's business achieve tremendous growth by maintaining a client retention rate of over 90% across the teams she led. She spent the early part of her career in the newspaper industry, spearheading innovative marketing partnerships and readership programs for Investor's Business Daily and USA TODAY.
A Southern California native, she moved to Arizona to pursue her bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and later received her MBA from DePaul University in Chicago. She now resides in the suburbs of Chicago with her husband, three kids and two Beagles.


Kelley Nulton
Highly experienced consultative sales professional and manager with 11+ years of proven success in new business development, client growth, management, employee development and mentorship, and operational improvement. Versed in a wide variety of consultative sales scenarios, specializing in client acquisition and relationship development across multiple levels of an organization, including C-Suite. A respected manager with a passion for onboarding, coaching and developing members of my team to grow - both professionally and personally.


Jackie Shaw
Having spent her entire career serving as a strategic partner to clients, Jackie joined Suzy in 2019 to apply her passion for building strong partnerships to helping clients put consumers at the center of every business decision. Jackie spearheaded the development of Suzy’s Onboarding and Implementation Team as a dedicated function within Client Success in early 2021. The goal of the team is to set our clients up for success by providing platform training, best practices, and use cases. Prior to Suzy, Jackie worked in Client Services in advertising, partnering with major CPG and healthcare brands to deliver best-in-class campaigns across digital, social and TV.Outside of Suzy, Jackie serves on the academic advisory board for the Customer Experience Program at Seton Hall’s Stillman School of Business.


Mary Emerson Baker
With an extensive insights background covering both qualitative and quantitative as well as hybrid and custom methodologies, Mary is passionate about thinking creatively to successfully uncover and provide actionable insights for her clients.She has worked across industries including CPG, Pharma, Insurance, Electronics, QSR and Healthcare to help to develop successful marketing strategies, identify new products opportunities and developing best in class advertising and communication campaigns. Her client base has included global entities such as P&G, Johnson & Johnson, Coke, KDP, Unilever, McDonald’s, Burger King, Kraft Foods, Allstate, AT&T, GSK, Hershey U.S. and Canada to name a few. Involved in client-facing sales capacities as well as strategic research development and implementation, Mary is passionate about working as a partner with clients from the point of identifying needs through answering their key business questions with confidence and excellent service. Prior to Suzy, Mary worked as a consultant within the Kantar Qual-Quant practice developing and executing qual/quant solutions across global clients. Sofia Hernandez
Sofia Hernandez is the Global Head of Business Marketing & Commercial Partnerships for TikTok, the leading short-form video platform designed to inspire creativity and bring joy. She's responsible for building innovative marketing solutions that help brands become TikTok fluent and engage with their communities through powerful and creative storytelling.Prior to TikTok, Sofia was the Chief Client Officer at consumer insights platform Suzy where she was responsible for driving revenue retention and growth, informing the product roadmap, and ensuring the entire company was rooted in a ‘customer first’ approach. With over 18 years leading some of the most iconic global marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies including P&G, J&J, and Spotify, Sofia's passion for people and what makes them tick continues to fuel her keen understanding of how to drive successful connections between brands and the people that love them.

Gayle Troberman is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for iHeartMedia, Inc. Troberman is a marketing innovator and visionary. Seth Levine
Seth Levine is currently involved in venture capital investing as well as operational, transactional, and advisory roles at both public and private companies. Sim Blaustein
Sim Blaustein is a partner with Bertelsmann's corporate venture fund, BDMI, where he is focused on seed and early stage investments in digital media. He led their investments in StyleHaul (sold to RTL), Dramafever (sold to Softbank), HelloGiggles (sold to Time), Jukin Media, Nativo, Clique, Food52, and Vemba, as well as a number of seed investments.
Prior to BDMI, he co-founded High Line Venture Partners, a seed fund based in NYC and backed by IAC, where he worked on over 30 investments in eCommerce, digital media and SaaS. Prior to High Line, Sim was a Senior Director of Strategy and M&A at IAC.While pursuing his MBA at Sloan, he interned at Akamai in Corp Dev, helping them start a strategic venture program.

Eric – based out of H.I.G.’s Boston offices - focuses on growth equity investments in SaaS software, internet & digital media and technology-enabled services companies. Prior to joining H.I.G., Eric was a Principal with The Mustang Group, a Boston-based private equity firm. Eric began his career at Bain & Company where he helped lead initiatives evaluating new product introductions, creating business unit growth plans and conducting due diligence for acquisitions.

Randall Beard
Randall Beard is a leading and award winning Independent Director, Board Member, Advisor and C-Suite General Management Executive. Known for his expertise in helping brands grow via digital marketing and media, predictive analytics and new product innovation, Randall’s focus is on tech enabled marketing services and consumer products. Randall is originally from Oak Ridge, Tennessee, home of the Manhattan Project, and has a B.S. in Marketing From the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. Randall held roles of increasing responsibility in Marketing and General Management at Procter & Gamble, American Express, and UBS, working all over the world, including China, Japan and Canada. Randall then led Nielsen’s global advertising effectiveness measurement and BASES businesses, prior to joining performance marketing platform Cardlytics as Group President. Randall currently focuses on board and advisory work, and holds Independent Director board roles at SUZY, Starlite Digital Media, Keen Decision Systems, and Catalina Marketing. He is also a Senior Advisor to HIG Capital and Bain Consulting.For his leadership and accomplishments, Randall has won various awards, including the American Express Chairman’s Award and the Nielsen Leadership Award. Dorothy Tse
A product management executive leading technology teams for Fortune 500 and start ups in the SF Bay Area and NYC. Using data, research and empathy Dorothy makes impactful decisions about the products she builds. Dorothy was a pioneer in building ad targeting systems like machine learned behavioral targeting and performance based auction platforms, predating Google Adwords. While at Nielsen, Dorothy led product management for their cross platform advertising measurement system and the campaign setup platform for Nielsen Digital Ad Ratings. Later, she led Facebook's internal product organization that specialized in driving efficiency and productivity to employees, reporting to Facebook's CIO. She has held roles as VP of Product and most recently Chief Product Officer for CircleUp - a machine learning platform that uncovers stand out brands for private investing and lending. Dorothy is known as a team builder and mentor. She enjoys the opportunity to help others achieve outcomes and goals.

Arsh Ghuman
Arsh is currently at Mars Wrigley as the Director of the Value Channel. Previously, she was the Global Brand Lead at Mars Petcare for Cesar, the #1 Dog Wet Brand in the US. Her time at Cesar was focused on brand building for the next generation and delivering mutual value. Prior to Petcare, Arsh was the Director of Licensing at Mars Wrigley, where she led the portfolio’s entry into adjacent categories such as coffee creamers, cookie doughs, milks, puddings, etc. In total, she launched over 30 items over 3 years with one of the highest operating profits.
Arsh has also held various roles in digital commerce, helping Mars enter pureplay channels. In addition to her professional pursuits, Arsh is involved in her community, serving as a volunteer for multiple non-profits.
She has written a business fundamentals curriculum for middle-schoolers in partnership with Backfield in Motion, a Nashville, TN-based after-school program, which will enter its second summer this year. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and learning how to play the piano. Arsh holds both a BA and MA from NYU, an MBA from UVA’s Darden School of Business, and is slowly working towards her PhD.

Chris is currently the Chief Digital Officer at the Wella Company. Prior to Wella, he served as a Senior Vice President for digital transformation & beauty at Coty. Before joining Coty, he was a Vice President on the Global Digital team at L’oreal and he spent 9 years there.
Chris’ in depth knowledge of consumer needs in the beauty industry will be a big resource to the advisory board as it is a critical industry for Suzy to continue to grow in. Phil DeConto
Phil is a CPG Foods leader with a demonstrated history of success across a host of categories & a breadth of functions (including insights, sales, sales operations, commercialization, and brand management).Phil has been in the CPG food industry his entire career, even working at his local Stop & Shop as a kid. After college he began his career with Cape Cod Ice, working in Sales Operations and managing distribution. He spent seven years with Frito-Lay, joining as a District Sales Leader before advancing into account management. He then joined ConAgra Foods in Category Leadership, working across Field and Headquarters roles throughout his tenure. During his time at ConAgra he developed the category strategy team for the private brands business, and supported the transition of private brands to TreeHouse Foods. Since joining Ferrero USA in 2016, Phil has built out Category Management as a function while partnering with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Brand on key innovation launches (including Kinder Joy, 2018’s largest Food & Beverage innovation launch). Phil has now taken on a new role as VP of Sales, Strategy, & Trade Marketing at Cibo Vita, where he continues to leverage his expertise in category leadership, sales strategy, and commercialization to drive growth in the better-for-you snacking space.


Brad Thompson
Brad helps organizations grow revenue and profit through better pricing and revenue management. He is currently President of Synthesis Revenue Management, a pricing consultancy primarily servicing PE portfolio companies. Before founding Synthesis, Brad was Head of Global Pricing at American Express, Chief Pricing Leader at GE Corporate and ran pricing for key markets at Anheuser-Busch InBev. Brad has been an innovator in the use of pricing research to drive share, margin and profit growth. He has been at the forefront of leveraging pricing research to deliver actionable trade promotion optimization strategies that improve return on trade investment and grow category sales. Brad also brings a wealth of sales experience having led key account sales teams and many global negotiations. He believes that for pricing-led growth to be sustainable, it must be based on value delivered to customers and trade partners.
Brad received his BA in Economics from Washington and Lee University and his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business where he received the Hector Lazo Memorial Award in Marketing for highest scholarship and promise. Brad lives in Easton, Connecticut, with his family where he enjoys sailing on Long Island Sound.

Recently retired VP of R&D from Procter&Gamble with 30+ years of experience. Expertise in lean innovation, consumer based research methods/metrics, a.i. and virtual learning tools, and packaging, hair care and tissue and towel product categories. Passionate about sustainable products and packaging. Had the wonderful experience of living and working in Singapore and Japan. Married and living in Cincinnati.

At HP, she has had the fantastic opportunity to lead insights in all 3 regions and in a variety of HP’s consumer and commercial businesses. She has deep experience in the technology sector, in brand, product development, marketing, and go-to-market related insights. With a passion customer data, an aptitude for pattern recognition and a flair for inspired storytelling, Reeya is focused on making HP the most customer-centric company in the world. Reeya lives in Cupertino, with her husband Anand and her two daughters Araatrika and Mira.
