Matt Britton
Matt Britton is the CEO of Suzy and widely known as one of America’s leading expert on Artificial Intelligence & the millennial generation having consulted for over half of the Fortune 500 over the past two decades. Matt's unique ability to connect the dots between the new consumer culture of today and the business trends of tomorrow is what separates him and offers unique value for his clients. Matt has two best-selling books, Generation AI: Why Generation Alpha & The Age of AI Will Change Everything and YouthNation, both of which debuted at #1 on Amazon's business book list. Generation AI is the national bestselling book released in May 2025 that explores how artificial intelligence is reshaping childhood, culture, and the future of work through the lens of Generation Alpha, the first generation raised with AI as a constant companion.
In 2002 Matt founded MRY, a digital and social media marketing services agency, which he would grow from a one-person startup to a global powerhouse with over 500 employees. Over the course of Matt’s 14-year career at MRY, the agency he founded helped prominent Global corporations including develop innovative strategies and successfully launch products aimed at the Millennial Generation. In 2011, MRY was acquired by the Publicis Groupe.
In 2016, Matt joined CrowdTap as CEO, a company he incubated and spun-off from MRY in 2011. In 2017 Crowdtap was renamed as Suzy, a consumer intelligence platform by bringing the voice of real consumers directly to brands at scale and at the speed of culture.


Bryan Silverman
Bryan applies his entrepreneurial expertise to spur growth at Suzy, serving as the Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity, his responsibilities include enhancing Suzy's efficiency and effectiveness through strategic long-term planning, overseeing daily operations, and fostering a culture that values insights and data. He manages key areas such as Revenue Operations, Audience Development, and New Business.
Before becoming COO, Bryan's career at Suzy included positions as EVP of Strategy & Operations, SVP of Audience Development, Chief of Staff to the CEO, and Enterprise Account Executive. His entrepreneurial journey began before joining Suzy, with the establishment and management of his own ventures, Star Toilet Paper and InStall Media. This experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of building and managing a business from scratch. Outside of work, Bryan dedicates his time to mentoring young entrepreneurs, cheering for the New York Yankees, and enjoying runs through Central Park.

Brian Erickson
Brian brings over 25 years of financial and operational leadership experience, most recently serving as CFO of Transfix, a technology-enabled transportation marketplace, where he helped lead the company through a successful sale transaction. Prior to that, he held senior finance roles at DigitalOcean, guiding the company through profitable growth and its successful IPO. His earlier career includes key finance roles at Microsoft and Amazon, where he helped scale their cloud computing businesses.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Washington.

For the past 6 years in both the Fashion, Event, and Ed-Tech worlds, Brit Hudgins has been driven by her passion to grow Customer Support teams in a way that focuses on their experiences, and utilizes the knowledge, creativity, and excitement of every team member to create the best customer journey possible. Customer Support departments are the lifeline from your company to its customers. Brit has spent her career pushing the importance of support investment in companies, not only for the customers but as a way to drive growth and revenue.Brit has also put much of her time in her career on Diversity and Inclusion initiatives focused around hiring processes and growth and development of women of color.
Brit graduated from the University of North Florida where she studied Film and English.

Lauren Lanzi
Lauren Lanzi is a VP of Customer Success at Suzy, leading a team of CSMs responsible for growth across the Enterprise. Lauren has over 25 years of experience in the market research industry, with a strong background in consumer attitudinal behavior, media insights, multicultural research and customer segmentation. She is a mom of five, an avid runner and has completed the NYC marathon three times!


Rachel Harris
Rachel brings a decade of legal experience spanning both BigLaw and in-house work to her role as General Counsel at Suzy and leader of its AI governance, privacy, and product counseling functions. With experience in genAI, commercial transactions, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and complex litigation (including supervised and unsupervised AI/ML e-discovery), Rachel has successfully navigated the complexities of these areas across a variety of industries, including SaaS, ResTech, pharma, finance, and consumer products. In addition to her legal experience, Rachel is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and currently serves on the International Association of Privacy Professional’s advisory board.

Steve Ward brings more than 15 years of leadership in market research operations, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and streamlining processes across both qualitative and quantitative research disciplines. As Vice President of Field Operations at Suzy, Steve leads the evolution of respondent sourcing strategies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable data for Suzy’s clients.
Before joining Suzy, Steve held key operational roles at MarketCast, GutCheck (now part of Toluna), and Ingather Research (now an L&E company), where he oversaw project execution ranging from rapid-turnaround studies to large-scale, multi-vertical research initiatives for global brands. His industry experience spans CPG, B2B, brand strategy, customer experience, technology, gaming, entertainment, and healthcare—serving clients from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Known for his solution-oriented mindset, Steve is passionate about empowering clients, driving meaningful impact, and navigating the ever-evolving insights landscape with agility and innovation.

She's had the privilege of working with some the most prestigious brands across many industries, including advertising agencies, national media companies, global food and drink companies, and the top financial services companies in the U.S.
Tracie's role at Suzy is to ensure that our most precious asset, our customers, have an unparalleled experience and choose to partner and grow with Suzy for many years to come. She leads a team of seasoned Client Success Managers who each share her passion for client service.
Prior to joining Suzy, Tracie spent 15 years in sales and client success leadership at Mintel, where she found her love of market research. During her time there, she helped the Mintel America's business achieve tremendous growth by maintaining a client retention rate of over 90% across the teams she led. She spent the early part of her career in the newspaper industry, spearheading innovative marketing partnerships and readership programs for Investor's Business Daily and USA TODAY.
A Southern California native, she moved to Arizona to pursue her bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and later received her MBA from DePaul University in Chicago. She now resides in the suburbs of Chicago with her husband, three kids and two Beagles.
