Kyle Kim-Hays is a software engineer turned product manager turned marketing executive and digital strategist. At Suzy™, he has overall responsibility for Crowdtap membership and panels – the communities that provide consumer insights for Suzy™ clients and partners.

Kim-Hays is an innovative thought leader with an outstanding record of exceptional success driving revenue, rapidly growing new businesses, and creating strategic advantage at world-class media and technology companies. He has led marketing, product, digital, and technology groups at diverse global companies ranging from Microsoft and Verizon to Warner Bros. and American Express.
Some signature career achievements include launching Warner Bros’ digital streaming subscription service (now operated by Fandango), as well as launching the Software + Services (now Azure) and Family Safe Computing initiatives at Microsoft.
Kim-Hays holds an MBA with an emphasis in Technology and Marketing from the University of Southern California, and an undergraduate degree from the University of California at Irvine.
Although he has lived and worked on three different continents and can converse in five different languages, Kim-Hays is most at home wherever his husband and twin children are.
